Following Daniel A. Steffen proposal I encourage students to prepare a
poster to be presented on the EuroTcl. Send it to tcl-gsoc mailing list so
me, Daniel or Donal Fellows can grab it and present it during the
conference. I think that preparing the poster should be easy as you only
have to recap what was written in you GSoC application. And this way you can
reach experienced Tcl develpers who can provide you with valuable help
during the summer. Remember that communication is a key point to the GSoC
outcome - this is what I have observer last year - see
So awiting a posters from you and if possible seeing you during the EuroTcl
Below I quote Daniel encouragement ...

I am planning to attend EuroTcl again this year, and I have already briefly
talked to the conference organizers about having another GSoC session (c.f.
below, in French though ;-), last year I gave a short overview of the
various GSoC projects and we had one student attend and present his project.
As we have only European students this year, I think EuroTcl would be a good
venue for the Tcl GSoC, it would be particularly good if we could get one or
more students to attend the conference and give a mini-talk, or at least if
we could get some students to write a poster about their project (even if
they can't attend, we had one student last year who wrote a poster for me to
hang up at the Google open-source meeting in Zurich where I gave a lightning
talk about Tcl GSoC).
