kfreebsd-hurd-netbsd.patch
|
Hello, Here's a proposed patch to add support for three architectures we have in Debian. One of them, kFreeBSD is a release arch, Hurd currently isn't for obvious reasons, and NetBSD isn't getting much attention at all currently. One of the features of those three systems which is easy to notice is that all they use almost the same userland with different kernels. Because of that, build configuration is very similar, and is different from what you need to build on real FreeBSD or NetBSD. Basically, we have tcl.m4 patched in almost every other package for a long time already to ensure it's buildable everywhere, and it's probably a time to have that in the upstream distribution. -- WBR, Andrew |
