He is using the Icelandic keyboard layout?  The Icelandic keyboard
layout on my system is labelled as a "Unicode" layout.  Tk doesn't
support "Unicode" layouts yet.  I have code that should work for him,
but it isn't in CVS yet.

The French layouts that I have here are so-called "Roman" layouts,
i.e. they use traditional Mac OS resources.
