[MACTCL] tktable / tk binaries on macOS 9

I have to download some binaries to upgrade an old
app. on OS 9 (I don't have a dev. environment
there). Does anyone know if I can use the
Tktable27.shlb.sit.bin 'tktable' download link at sourceforge
and whether it is particular about which tk version or it is
SEA compatible? Which wish binary do you recommend?
