[TCLCORE] New "Unicode" manual page for Tcl 9.1

Hi Ashok,

the manual page of the new "unicode" command now landed in the tip-700 branch and threw errors.

I would update the nroff in trunk and add the closing "?" for the optional "-profile" option, if that is OK for you.

Also, I would like to rename the nroff file to start with a lower case letter. This is how all other files in the n section are spelled (only section 3 uses upper case (with the exception of Tcl.n)).
