  icomment: I did figure out a way to at least partially test the speed of the
            new XCopyArea when called by TkImgPhotoInstanceSetSize. I am seeing
            times comparable to what you were getting - somewhere around .001ms.
            So I think this worked. But it would be very helpful if you could
            repeat your testcode.tcl test with the bugfix branch.
