Re the compilation errors, I've no idea how they ended up in there, but they're fixed now.
Ugh, they were mainly caused by me not thinking too much when copying existing bits and pieces to make those TRACE calls. I'd tried the --symbols=all builds before, but that must have been prior to writing INST_DICT_PUT and INST_DICT_REMOVE. Removing the extra double quotes made things work as intended.
