Hi,

the Tcl/Tk license is also listed in the https://spdx.org/licenses/ list 
at https://spdx.org/licenses/preview/TCL.html, which is commonly used 
for Software Bills of Materials to annotate code used and for license 
checking tooling.

If we discuss alternative licenses to be allowed, i would highly 
recommend to use the SPDX identifiers to identify such licenses cleanly.
