Two more possible points:
- Currently, all CI builds on macOS (--enable-symbols=all) are
  broken, due to this commit:
    <https://core.tcl-lang.org/tcl/info/b56973969223f1e2>
  This commit was done to core-8-6-branch, but immediately
  forwarded to core-8-branch and trunk. Result: 3 broken
  branches. How do we deal with this? I think it's a blokker
  for 9.0.1 and/or 8.6.16.
- How do we deal with branches (in Tcl and tcllib) with a
  different licence? Do we allow it? If not, how do we
  prevent this from happening/undo the damage?
