It is just my personal list of items. Other may add items.
The point here is, that the image command (from Tk) is also useful if 
TCL is used without Tk, like in web servers. The purpose is to have a 
limited image command available in Tk without Tk.

Thank you for your opinion, that is sensible.
My point is basically just "whats next?". And what to do with 
bugfixes/small features/breaking features.

It would be great if you could attend. Apparently, Tk has made great 
steps forward after 9.0.0 release on Mac. How to handle this is part of 
the question.
