I have no idea what the item "factor out the image command from Tk" is
about, nor why one would want to do that. What is the issue? It seems like
something that should be discussed here before it is discussed on zoom,
which reaches many fewer people.

Also, I don't understand why we would be talking about Tk 10.1 before we
have had a single point release of Tk 9.
