It is the one I personally like most among the feather logos for Tcl 
I've seen so far.

Well, that logo is probably ActiveState's property and couldn't be used 
by the Tcl community unless they allow it or hand it over. AS doesn't 
seem to use it themselves anymore.

They now have a logo for ActiveTcl that looks very different, but FWIW 
it still sticks to the feather idea:

Let's ask Jeff if he still has connections to his former employer and 
could ask if they might be willing to allow the usage of the old 
ActiveTcl logo for the Tcl/Tk core, maybe with different colors to have 
a clear distinction.
