Another day, another amateur logo design from me:

Not animated (so far).  I'm trying to suggest construction from simple 
components, and perhaps that building applications with Tcl is childs 
play :-) .  The "9" is the feather image from 
https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Tcl.svg with some TclMagick 
transformations applied.
