are RC2 candidate source code distribution pre-releases of Tk 8.6.14.

This is the third of a sequence of candidate releases leading to the release of Tk 8.6.14.
It differs from the RC1 release only in minor edits to the changes file.  It is not expected
that additional testing is needed before this becomes the Tk 8.6.14 release.

All other components of the joint Tcl/Tk 8.6.14 releases are unchanged from RC1.

Expect the releases to be announced soon after release notes are completed.
