Running a full blown application in a patched wish doesn't show a huge 
difference in memory use compared to a standard wish.

With the same full blow application, I can now put toplevel windows on 
different screens without the application crashing or otherwise 
terminating prematurely.

So, these patches seem to fix most, if not all, issues with running ttk 
on multiple displays.
