Hello tclcore team, This is going to be an easy oner for you to solve, but as far as I am concerned I am stuck. I managed to compile tclsh (8.2.3 source from your site) in a local area but when I launch it, I got the error message that the init.tcl can't be find (even if it's stored under one of the directories we see below). Is there a way of making this work? 699 strauss:unix >> tclsh application-specific initialization failed: Can't find a usable init.tcl in the following directories: /users/liszt5/cae/tkcvs/tcl8.2.3/unix/local/lib/tcl8.2:/users/liszt5/cae/tkcvs/tcl8.2.3/library ./local/lib/tcl8.2 /users/liszt5/cae/tkcvs/tcl8.2.3/unix/local/lib/tcl8.2:/users/liszt5/cae/tkcvs/tcl8.2.3/library /users/liszt5/cae/tkcvs/tcl8.2.3/unix/local/lib/tcl8.2:/users/liszt5/cae/tkcvs/tcl8.2.3/tcl8.2 /users/liszt5/cae/tkcvs/tcl8.2.3/lib/tcl8.2 /users/liszt5/cae/tkcvs/lib/tcl8.2 /users/liszt5/cae/tkcvs/lib/tcl8.2/library /users/liszt5/cae/tkcvs/library /users/liszt5/cae/tkcvs/tcl8.2/library /users/liszt5/cae/tcl8.2/library ./local/lib/tcl8.2 This probably means that Tcl wasn't installed properly. % Best Regards, Roland ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Roland Philibert, ASIC CAD Engineer, Toshiba Electronics Uk Riverside Way, Camberley, Surrey GU15 3YA tel: (44) 01276 694823 fax: (44) 01276 694800 email: Rol...@te... ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- -- The TclCore mailing list is sponsored by Ajuba Solutions To unsubscribe: email tcl...@aj... with the word UNSUBSCRIBE as the subject. |
