I have modified the TCT FAQ to incorporate the information from the
recently-approved maintainer proposal:

This required a fair amount of reworking of the FAQ.  Hopefully I
haven't changed any of the basic ideas, but if you see anything that
doesn't look like what you remember approving, please let me know.
