[TCLCORE] Create our own patches newsgroup?

What do people think of creating our own
	comp.lang.tcl.patches
newsgroup (as suggested by someone else here already)?

It would be nice if we could use that already to send all the
BUG/RFE input that comes for the database.  It would also get
stored elsewhere, but it would be nice to have a single newsgroup
to go to to see the list of recent patches/bug reports.  The
newsgroup could be moderated, with Follow-Up to comp.lang.tcl
(althought sometimes the follow-ups for bugs have solutions).
