[TCLCORE] TLS 1.4 - anyone have build / test problems?

Has anyone else had the opportunity to build and test the current CVS
of TLS 1.4?  Larry is reporting some test problems using OpenSSL 0.9.5a
on Solaris 2.6 with Tcl 8.3.2.  I need to have other positive or
negative results confirmation before I go public with 1.4.

BTW, Larry, could you run that again with:
	make test TESTFLAGS="-verbose bps"
so I know exactly which test bombed on you.
