Hello,

I've done a little more work on the NROFF->XML->HTML
man page conversion; most of the cross-references are
working now.

In the process, a few other markup errors have turned up.
Could I get write access to the CVS repository, or would
you prefer a patch file?  I'd also like to add some of
the missing SEE ALSO sections and enhance the KEYWORDS
listings.

The TMML package (DTD and XSL specs for HTML output)
is close to being (alpha-)releasable; probably next
week sometime.

Haven't worked on back-converting the XML to NROFF --
I'm waiting for the Tcl-XML 2.0 release to stabilize
first.
