[TCLCORE] Re: TkGS & TkDND imported into Tcl Dev Xchange NetCVS

TkGS, maintained by Bonnet and DeJong, and TkDND, maintained by Petasis,
have been imported and correctly added to the module list so that they
can be checked out under the names 'tkgs' and 'tkdnd' respectively.

One change was made to TkDND - the 'src' dir was renamed to 'generic'
to note that it has generic sources (next to the 'unix' and 'win'
sibling dirs that were already there).  I updated all instances of
'src/' that I could find before importing.
