Next week I'll try to fix the underlining problems and maybe the keybinding problems. If I'm lucky, all will be completed for July 12. After that, we will need to start looking at translating the C strings in Tcl and Tk. That's a *much* larger job (which I may not take on). I know there are facilities for this already. I know about gettext from GNU but that can't be used in Tcl. A BSD-licensed technolgy will need to be used. If any of you know of some clean solutions that exist already, which could be integrated in the core, let me know so I can at least take a look.
