[MACTCL] Launching Tcl script files

I have been reading a part of a tutorial written to teach someone how
to begin using tcl and tk.  They have wording in their document
talking about how to write batch and shell files to run tcl and tk
scripts.  However, they don't have much of anything about what someone
can do to launch Tcl and Tk scripts on a Mac.  Is there some
place on the web where I can point someone so they can at least
'echo' the words into their tutorial?
