[MACTCL] Copy/Paste broken between other apps and Tcl/Tk

I have been writing an app in Tcl/Tk on MacOSX.  However, I can't copy 
and paste from other apps into my Tcl/Tk app.  I searched the list 
archive and found another mention of this problem, along with a reply 
saying it should be an easy fix.

Has there been an update to fix this problem?  I've been doing a "cvs 
update" on the macosx branch pretty regularly, but haven't seen any 
activity on the development tree in a while.  (I'm new to OSX 
development, so i haven't gotten into the trenches and tried to fix it 
myself).
