[MACTCL] Licence ...

Hi,

  some Licence questions ......

  the MSL library is necessary to run TclTk on Mac

  ( I know there more libs but this is the most importand one
    because it's part of Code Warrior and you can not assume
    that every customer has this software )

  question:

     1) Is this library allways available on MacOs 9.1 
     2) if NO can I add this library to the Software distribution
     3) are there licence issues
