[MACTCL] How define TCLLIBRARY

Hi,

 If I have packages in Tcl which resist in some folders which are
 not known to Tcl.

 In Unix/Win I use the environment variable TCLLIBRARY
 to tell Tcl where to look for additional packages

 how I can tell Tcl to use some special folders as sources for
 Tck packages on MacOS ?
