Daniel,

Two things here.  First, ot doesn't look like you are including the Tcl
library in your link line for tk.  But that doesn't much matter, the port of
Tk to Mac OS X postdates 8.3.4, and in fact hasn't been checked onto the
HEAD of the 8.4 branch.  You want to check out the macosx-8-4-branch branch
of the tcl & tk sources if you want Tk for Mac OS X.  The other option is to
get Xfree, and use that to compile with Tk.
