[MACTCL] Bugs - where to report?

Hi,

This is mainly directed to Jim Ingham. Where abouts do I report the MacOS X
specific bugs in Tcl/Tk?

I'm accumulating a list of problems, some so obvious that I'm sure they're
already known about. However these issues don't appear to be in the
sourceforge bug database and there isn't a macos-8-4 branch specific bug
group.

Should I juse use the normal Mac categories? (Although the category names may
be a bit arbitrary in some cases.)
