I tried this from the Terminal (C-Shell) and it works. However I craeted a link
link /usr/bin/wish -> /Applications/Wish Shell.app/Contens/MacOS/Wish Shell.

It may be, that stdout/stderr is only supported if TCl/Tk is started form a shell.
