I don't know if this will help, but SourceForge have Mac OS X 10.1 machines (two, last time I looked) on the 'Net that you can use to compile things on. http://sourceforge.net/forum/forum.php?forum_id=113664 I'm guessing that you probably couldn't run Project Builder remotely (this isn't X windows), but you should definitely be able to telnet to one of the machines and use the command line cc etc. Your project will need to have an open source license however...
