[MACTCL] How to Compile TCl on Mac

Hi,

  i download an install "TclTk_8.3.3_FullInstall.bin" and expect to 
  get everything needed to compile/install Tcl on Mac but it seems
  to be not logic for me how to use it


 any help available ?
