thank you a lot for tcl8.6.9a0. On win 32 with msvc 6 the test result is
as follows (compared to tcl/tk8.6.8):
tcl: no new failures, cured tests: iortrans-11.1, iortrans-11.2

tk: no new failures, cured tests: textTag-18.1

So, all ok from my side.
