Results for Tk core-8-6-9-rc branch at [86e90061] on Windows Vista:

- build fine with MSVC 2008 (I tried with symbols)

- tests results:

For Tk:
all.tcl:        Total   9447    Passed  8177    Skipped 1270    Failed  0

For Ttk:
all.tcl:        Total   466     Passed  452     Skipped 14      Failed  0
