Not at present, as I haven't even installed El Capitan yet and have no 
experience with these features either from an API or UX perspective. 
(Won't get to El Capitan until after the Tcl conference, at the 
earliest.)  If I do anything with it, it's more likely to be as an 
extension rather than as an addition to the core.
