Hi Donald,

Thanks! Based on that, I added the install-headers target
to the location in GNUMakefile where install-private-headers was defined,
figuring
the latter was little use without the former.
And indeed, now it installs the headers.

I attached the patch to this mail (it's a one-line fix).
