[MACTCL] Giving Mac App Store another try

Hi all,

This isn't 100% on topic for the list, so I'll keep it brief: I've 
decided to give the Mac App Store another try, for business reasons: I 
earn enough revenue from my Tcl/Tk apps there that I'm reluctant to give 
that up.

I still have deep reservations about some of the Mac App Store's 
requirements, and Tcl/Tk presents some technical challenges that require 
a good deal of work and jiggering to work through. As I run into and 
resolve those technical issues, I'll discuss what I learn here, in case 
anyone else wants to venture into these waters.
