[MACTCL] tk::text selection when disabled

Cut and pasting from a tk::text widget seems problematic when
the widget is "-state disabled". It just won't accept input.

This is not the case on Windows and Xorg.

Does anyone know a work around beside leaving the widget "-state normal" ?
