Category: 81. Portability Group: current: 8.5.11 Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: Jan Nijtmans (nijtmans) Assigned to: Jan Nijtmans (nijtmans) Summary: $tcl_platform(platform) != [tk windowingsystem] Initial Comment: When trying to get cygwin Tk runnung as win32 GUI in stead of X11, noticing that in many of the library/*.tcl files $tcl_platform(platform) is checked to be "windows". However, when running cygwin, tcl_platform(platform) is "unix", so all those checks are wrong. The result is that many bindings don't work correctly. Solution: modify the checks for $tcl_platform(platform) eq "windows" to use [tk windowsingsystem] eq "win32" in steadm. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=112997&aid=3534137&group_id=12997 |
