I see you didn't include my cocoaprint package--good. I've been digging 
into it this week and have fixed a number of nasty bugs (printing extra 
copies, plus it is quite crash-prone on Snow Leopard). I'm going to 
release a new version as soon as SF restores its SVN and CVS servers.
