Please, no!  A huge amount of Tcl's value is in its ability to run 
cross-platform.  Windows developers (of Tcl) are already marginalised by 
the atrociously Windows-unfriendly GNU build system.  We can do without 
marginalising Windows users (of Tcl for development) on functionality as 
well.
