All interested parties could take a look at last year approved Tcl/Tk
GSoC 2008 student projects at:

Snapshots of produced code is available at:

http://code.google.com/p/google-summer-of-code-2008-tcl/downloads/list

But I know that these are only snapshots which were required by Google
to be uploaded. I think it is best to contact appropriate students or
mentors for really final results if you are interested.
