I've already been contacted by a student wishing to take on the tclhttpd 
refurbish project.  He sounds like a promising candidate.   A CS 
undergraduate at Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology.  
I've suggested that he post to the tcl-gsoc list introducing himself.
