It seems that this year to be a mentor you have to sign in with your
google account at http://socghop.appspot.com/ and them choose
something called LinkID which will serve as your nickname in the whole
GSoC. Organization admins also have to choose LinkID for an
organization - I think that "tcl" will be just right for us.

In this year application form there is no field you can put your
mentors LinkIDs (only primary and backup admin need one). So I think
there is no need to hurry. Let us first be accepted.
