[Tcl-tdbc] 8.5.6 support

I noticed in some of the writings that TDBC should support 8.5.6 with tcloo
installed. However when I attempt this I get the following error:

 

version conflict for package "Tcl": have 8.5.6, need 8.6

 

I suppose the version is compiled in the dll. Anyway to get the dll to
support either release?

 

I use the freewrap program to create binaries, but it is currently on 8.5.6.
