I don't think there's a way to do it nicely. Your suggestion wouldn't make things work any better on this system for example. Maybe if we had some way to put fallback code in the postscript prolog we could do better, but I'm not feeling very up to hacking PS at the moment. Being able to write fractional point sizes would be a reasonable update though. I think you'd be able to do that with a change to a single file too... Donal. |
