I think ActiveTcl has the right to do that, but it would be a loss
if the ActiveTcl package names would be different from the
'official' ones. The question I actually meant to ask is:
Is this reason good enough for such a mini-tip. And then
I'm only talking about "Tcl", "Tk" and "TclOO", or maybe
just "TclOO" only. (I can implement this in a day, if needed,
so we don't need to delay anything, but it depends on how
much support there is from other TCT members)
