The sources you have downloaded appear to be the Perl/Tk Tk-only module 
sources.  This is not the newer Tcl/Tk integration with Perl, if that is 
what you were looking for.  Either way, the easiest thing to do is get 
either ActiveTcl (for pure Tcl/Tk) or ActivePerl (which includes Tkx, 
the new Tcl/Tk binding for Perl) at:

	http://www.activestate.com/
