[MACTCL] Using Tcl/Tk on Mac OS X 10.4.11

I am a very new mac user and tried to install Tcl/tk kit on my computer using
: 
 
tar -zxvpf Tk-804.027.tar.gz
cd Tk-804.027
perl Makefile.PL

I received the following error msg

Cannot find X include files via /usr/X11R6/include

Can some one help?
