[MACTCL] Command-? Help menu item in wrapped Mac apps

Hi Tcl-Mac folk,

With my app wrapped in a starpack, there's an entry in the Help menu with 
the title "${AppName} Help" with an accelerator of "Command-?".

How do I either (a) remove it, or, (b) set it so it uses my own Help proc?
