        * generic/tkImgPhoto.c: Removed outdated #include's of the tclMath.h
        * generic/tkScale.c:    header file.  All tk*Port.h files have long
        had a #include <math.h>, and other parts of Tk routinely make use
        of libm-supplied math routines.
